Our Team
Rebecca Dan Walsh – Founder & President
Rebecca is originally from the United States and has spent much of her life serving in Europe. Born and raised in Maryland with eight siblings, she learned early the values of hard work, faith, and perseverance.
In 1981, Rebecca went to Germany as a missionary, serving throughout Eastern Europe during the Cold War. In 1996, she founded Casa Shalom, where she ran a children’s home for 13 years alongside a dedicated Romanian team and volunteers from around the world.
Today, Rebecca inspires people globally through her stories and personal testimony. She encourages women to be brave and Christians to take action in their communities. Rebecca is also preparing to release a book filled with her memoirs and life stories, offering lessons and encouragement for living a life of faith and impact.
